Attorney Hadley is dedicated to assuring the pledge of "Equal Justice Under Law" -- which appears above the United States Supreme Court Buliding -- becomes a reality.

All citizens, no matter what, are equal under the law.  No greater mechanism is known to assure Justice!

Attorney Hadley was born May 21, 1970 in Oil City, PA.  He was the first child of John Robert Hadley and his then wife Judith I. Hadley (formerly Judith I. Fox of Warren, PA).  He is the oldest brother of William B. Hadley, Steven A. Hadley and John Robert Hadley, Jr.

In 1988 Attorney Hadley graduated Oil City High School.  In 1993 Attorney Hadley graduated Indiana University, in Bloomington, IN, with a B.S. in Finance and a minor in Political Science.  In 1996 Attorney Hadley graduated the University Of Toledo Law School.

Attorney Hadley is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Venango County Bar Association.

He has served in the Pennsylvania Bar Association House of Delegates as the representative of the President of the Venango County Bar association and currently serves on the Venango County Local Criminal Rules Committee.

Attorney Hadley has argued appellate cases before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and En Banc before both of Pennsylvania's intermediate appelllate courts. He has been counsel of record on numerous published opinions.

Attorney Hadley is a Member of the Bars of the Supreme Court of the United States, The United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, The United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and The District of Columbia.
